"Amazing experience"

"Yesterday from 9 pm to this morning 9 am there was no water in the room. This means no shower, no brushing teeth and no flashing the toilet . When the water was back this morning , it was impossible to take a shower because not even warmth water. I checked out not being able to shower. I have a long international flight today before reaching my final destination and be able to wash. This has never happened to me . I travel a lot and work in LDC countries. Hotel staff were not honest enough to tell me last night that the water won’t be available until the next morning . This morning none of then mentioned that warm and hot water will be available only after few hours. I request a reimbursement for the night ."

"Room- the sink in our room was dirty, under the counter on the ledge had old tooth paste and make up on it. The toilet made a squeezing noise all night and at 1am it started running and wouldn’t shut off. My family was asleep so I couldn’t call maintenance. The thermostat didn’t work in the room and it was very hot. Luckily we had a balcony and could open the door. However, being downtown, there were a lot of sirens and loud noises. The only reason I booked this hotel is for the waterslides for the kiddos. It was closed the whole time we were there. It closes on Sundays at 1pm… Staff were nice. Great location. "

"Good hotel and very clean. I did not see a pool but also did not go looking for one. Parking is crazy expensive here at $45 per night. The price that I paid for the hotel room per night is very expensive already so you would hope parking would be included - but it is not."

"Clean room, plenty of space, small table to put all your stuff and decent closet, location is perfect, lots of restaurants nearby, gay village like 15-20 minutes walking, very walkable The Hotel has a restaurant if you feel like grabbing some food, I only have a wine during the evening, overall pretty decent hotel. I hope my review can help others travels. "
