"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at including the best buffet I have ever eaten at! The atmosphere was perfect, party areas with entertainment if that’s what you like, but also chilled relaxing areas away from music. And the RIU white party was so much fun…I loved how people of all ages could join in. Loved this hotel. "

"This place was bomb.com i mean the food was 10/10 besides the Mexican restaurant it was 5/10 but other then that staff was nice room was a dream and just all around good place to vacation at will be back for sure!!!"

"The property was kept impeccably clean, the staff worked very hard at it. We were treated very well from the time we arrived to the time we left. The only downfall was that to take advantage of some of the activity discounts offered, we had to attend a 2 hour “sales pitch” on buying into Wyndhams “vacation plan”. We did not choose to join and did receive the discounts just the same but, we won’t get that 2 hours back as vacations do only come once a year for my wife and I. All in all, a super nice place and can’t stress enough how great the whole staff was."

"GR Solaris Cancun – Wonderful Stay! Our stay at GR Solaris Cancun was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Nina, who went out of her way to help us check in early since we had our 2-year-old baby with us. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel’s airport pickup is quite expensive — we paid USD 16 per adult for the ride from the airport to the hotel. When we returned to the airport after 5 days, we booked an Uber instead for only USD 10, which was much cheaper and very safe. We also used Uber to visit local markets and malls in Cancun — it was convenient and safe every time. The food at the hotel was good with lots of variety. I am a pure vegetarian from India, so I didn’t get Indian food there, but I still found enough vegetarian options to enjoy. As a vegetarian, you do have to adjust a little bit, but overall, it was a great experience."
