"Habitación limpia y espaciosa. Todo bien limpio. Es un "motel" y se escucha mucho el ruido de los carritos de golf durante la madrugada."

"Good location. Room and bathroom was clean, however the bed headboard, sofa and furniture in general needs cleaning, stains on them, making them look deteriorated. Beds are ok, but not the most comfortable. Pool area was good, however guests were apparently allowed to bring their own music, large portable speaker, competing with the music that the hotel was offering throughout their music system next to the pool with good tropical music. Staff in general, from parking, concierge, rooms, guards, restaurants, all staff was excellent. Ground areas clean and have nice family friendly amenities. "

"Me gusta que es tranquilo, las habitaciones son cómodas con el parking al frente, en el caso de la mía, el aire sonaba feo y no enfriaba, le quitamos el filtro, estaba tapado. El desayuno es bueno, solo que deben orientar mejor sobre lo que incluye para no tener sorpresa de pago. En general, por el precio esta bueno. Yo volvería."

"Not sure if there was a vending machine, ice maker or microwave. It would be great to have some kind of food when it is late at night. Not sure if they have a kitchen where they could be a microwave and ice maker. I did not ask for these, but also there were no sign of them having them. There is only one electrical outlet, so a power cord would be helpful. Other than that, it is a beautiful place with nice, beautiful rooms. I would definitely stay in this place again. I definitely recommend it."

"My room was flooded on my first because it rained. I had to stay in my wet molded room until the next day. And from the looks of the wall after the raining I am sure they knew of this rooms issue. It been over 3wk and now one from management contact me or responded to hotel.com regarding my issue. The outside of the hotel is run down, not what you see on the picture. Definitely not what I expected for the money I paid. Other parties of my team were staying at the Hilton and it's definitely night and day. It's not worth it, the Hardrock was a disappointment. The casino had talks close with no one to run the talks. The cook was not great, we were on Puerto Rico, I expected better."
