"Very modern, clean and secure. We had a wonderful experience staying at this location. We could see gondolas going by our windows and the apartment is perfectly located around shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. The host and assistant were very friendly and helped us book a watertaxi from the train station to the apartment. It was very relaxing."

Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. It would have been difficult to find had I not watched the Limelight Arts Travel Hotel Codega video on YouTube. It gives excellent directions from the Rialto Alilaguna stop.

Two guests were greeted warmly and everything efficiently taken care of. Friendly & helpful staff; generally very quiet and peaceful accommodation. The hotel location and grounds are ideal; we could be dropped off at the doorstep by the river taxi and within easy walking distance of good restaurants, and attractions; very close to one of the few bridges crossing the Grand Canal.

We stayed for 6 nights and found this hotel just perfect for our needs. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and cheerful as well as helpful and efficient. I would especially mention the lovely lady who oversaw the breakfast room each morning - always smiling and welcoming. Our room was tastefully furnished with a good sized bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities - unusual in Italy I think but very welcome.

Loved staying at this hotel, which was only a 10min walk from the airport waterbus and similar to the main sites. Very friendly reception staff who showed the main sites and some useful places for food. The room was really quiet as it was facing the inside (room 7). Amenities provided were fine and bottled water was offered all the time. Would definitely stay here again

An amazing stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel staff could not be more accommodating and we truly felt the 5 star experience here.
Sadly, on our anniversary we were not able to stay in our room during the day as they had routine electrical maintenance which meant we could not use any water or power until 4.30pm, which would have been nice to know about before we travelled and before requesting breakfast in our room. But we understand this could not be helped.

Amazing hotel! This place really deserves 5 stars! The staff is on point with their service, super friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, 5 min walk to San Marco plaza and 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. It’s also 2 min walk to Sta Maria del Giglio which is the stop that will take you to/from the airport at a cost of 15€ (one way) rather than spending a fortune in a taxi. The room is very spacious and clean with that Venice old style. The breakfast is great with a lot of variety and...

This hotel is surprisingly close to the Santa Lucia train station...a walkable distance with cabin bag. The front of the hotel opens out into a busy market area and restaurants, souvenir shops and bars are all around. There are two major waterbus stops a few minutes walk away so very convenient. Very close to the Grand Canal.
Lorinzo in reception was very helpful as were all other staff. The hotel is small but the rooms are spacious. Very clean bathrooms. Not a sign of mould or wear and tear...

It is ideally situated not far from the train, bus, and water taxi stations but far enough away for a quiet, and peaceful stay. Staff friendly and Breakfast very good. We kept away from the tourist spots at night when looking for an evening meal. We walked around the back streets near by where we found numerous nice places to eat.
