"Very clean, bed was firm, water pressure low but hot. Starbucks in the lobby good other then staff working the counter don't listen and never have a large cup (both times we have stayed here)"

"I like that the property is located right off the Los Gatos Creek Trail where I was able to go for a daily walk. It's also very close to downtown Campbell and the Pruneyard, both places for shopping and dining with multiple very good options. The only downside is that it is right next to the freeway. Fortunately, the rooms are faced in and away from the freeway, and there weren't any windows on the freeway side of the building. Overall, a very good place to stay. I'm going back next week!"
