"I have had a continued good experience with this hotel, as I have stayed here multiple times when traveling, as it is a great option to and from the airport. The staff is friendly, multi-lingual, and the rooms are clean with the necessary basics. The restaurant has good menu options and the staff is very accommodating.. The only disappointment this last stay was the shuttle was not operating and there was no advance notice or sign the next day when we needed it. While we were able to take a taxi, that could've thrown us off schedule for our flight, had we continued to wait on the shuttle. At check-in, we were told the shuttle would be available the next morning, but upon inquiring after aiting for 15 minutes in the lobby for the shuttle, we were told, it was not operating on schedule that day. (No explanation was given, but it could have been due to the strike). We recognize things happen, so it wasn't so much the shuttle wasn't running, but my feedback to the hotel, is to post a sign at the front desk, and/or announce the shuttle is not operating at the designated leave times, so guests know to make other arrangements. Otherwise, thanks for an excellent stay. I recommend this hotel for its accommodations. "

"This place is excellent—I absolutely love it. It’s quiet and conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport. The staff are great, and the breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of options. Plus, it’s only a seven-minute walk to the Vasco da Gama shopping mall. Fantastic location overall. Highly recommended."
