We had a spacious and luxurious suite with a kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable, beautiful views. The Terrace restaurant had a sumptuous breakfast and delicious lunches. Staff were very friendly and nice. My younger sun loved the Kids club.

Fabulous hotel, close to the airport. It is so quiet and the pool is lovely. The rooms are spacious and have all these modern touches like automatic lighting, blinds, and towel warmers. It was our favourite hotel during our stay in Portugal. Not the most central, but easy to travel from and that is the reason it was so quiet and relaxing.

Brand spanking new property that is hands-down, the most family-friendly hotel there is. Staff is very professional and warm, rooms are supremely spacious and fully stocked. We stayed here with our family of five and it was a breeze to get to and from the airport. Breakfast buffet, and restaurant, were also excellent and we ran into the founder of the hotel as a bonus! It is , we’re also excellent and we ran into the founder of the hotel as a bonus! It is a ways from the Lisbon historical town center so something to be aware of.

This hotel has discovered the secret of true hospitality. Not only did they get everything right in service, food quality and cleanliness, they took it a step further. Front desk staff stands to great you and converse; restaurant managers take the time to walk you through the restaurant’s offerings; bellman explain all aspects of the room’s capabilities. And if you have children, there is simply nowhere else to stay! The buffet has colourful kid-friendly cups and bowls in addition to the china. There is an outdoor play area with string lights and grass, safely bordered by decorative walls and hedges. And they are pet-friendly! As a couple traveling on vacation without children or pets, we marveled at how this hotel seamlessly made us feel fully catered to while fully catering to families and pets simultaneously. They literally offer the specialised service that most hotels strive to achieve. Well done. We’ll be back.

Great Property Choice

An excellent hotel/apartment option geared more to a corporate traveler for business but would work well for a longer term stay since the kitchenette is amazing equipped with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Very friendly front desk staff - nicely arranged a taxi for a very early morning pick up to the airport. Nice walking distance to the Oceanarium and some good restaurants. Didn't have time to enjoy the restaurant on site.

This location is very close to the airport. It is not in the trendy historical area of Lisbon, but that area is not difficult to get to about a 10-minute cab ride. It's easy to get a bolt ride from this location. The area seems safe and there's a mall nearby. And also it's on the former grounds of the world expo, so there's a lot of new infrastructure here or at least relatively new. I liked our room which came with a washer dryer which is of course why we stayed here in the first place. Honestly, I was a lot more comfortable here than I was at our next hotel which was the Intercontinental Lisbon. The rooms were nice, large, spacious, clean and modern.

This was probably the most tech forward hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel and artwork are stunning. My only negative is that whoever stayed in our room prior definitely had children-a toy was left under the coffee table area and one of the decorative pillows on our bed had sticky candy underneath. But besides that, the apartment was gorgeous and the welcome bottle of wine plus breakfast buffet were excellent. Wish we could have stayed one more night to experience the hotel more and visited the oceanarium.
