Kudos to Niraj who checked us in and went above and beyond regarding everything. Wait staff at the restaurant- shout out to Rebecca, Shenoy, PC, Iba and the guy who made dosas - you guys were the best and made sure everything was seamless and perfect. Wouldn’t have asked for a better experience for mother-daughter birthday trip. Thank you guys for making it extra special"

"Excellent stay, service and staff brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Food was great, made fresh. Daily afternoon tea was a lovely touch. 1 recommendation would be to have parasols by the pool tables. We would have sat out more by the pool. "

"The staff were very efficient, friendly, and provided excellent service. The hotel itself felt very safe and secure. However, the surrounding area was not very clean or easy to walk around. Guests also need to arrange private taxis—either on their own or through the hotel—if they want to visit places like Old Goa or the beaches in South Goa. In my opinion, the hotel should have a concierge who can help organize group tours for guests."

"Our second stay at this property, the personal remembered us from before and they looked after us. There are a lot of people to mention but highlighting some of those fantastic guys who looked after us where Miraz the chef who looked after all our culinary needs, Yogesh, mustafa and srijita looking after us at breakfast. Vijay and all at the pool area looking after us. All the cleaning staff were amazing. Had a great 11days at the property Krishna the manager was attentive to all our needs. Plus all the support staff were great. Will definitely visit again as location is perfect. "

"The best place to stay in Calangute. Right in the middle of the busy parts. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. We did have to ask for towels and a hairdryer though. You need to hand your key into reception if you want your room cleaned, they don't tell you this. The attached beach shack is lovely, friendly staff, free loungers and great food. Pricey compared to places away from the beach though and a lot of sellers hassling you. Whatever price they offer you first, take a 0 off and that's what you should be paying. "
