"The room and bathroom were dirty. Hair on the floor, stained walls and floors. The tub felt like it was about to fall through the floor, and the shower curtain was too short so the floor was soaked. The continental breakfast included rock-hard stale bread and muffins. There was no milk for the cereal. "
