"Rhonda greeted an exasperated "me". I realized I booked the wrong location as our navigator went in a different direction. Rhonda and I discussed my situation and options. I asked if Rhonda would call the HIExpress that I thought I booked. A Supervisor came around the counter and started, forcefully and negatively. She started telling me that I cannot do this or that. I told her that Rhonda had already explained my options and that all I needed now was a call to the other HI to see if they had rooms available. While I engaged with Rhonda, I asked the Supervisor to call the other HI. No rooms available, so I knew we were staying with Rhonda. I thought the supervisor was rude to both me and to her own delightful employee Rhonda. Just wrong! Call me and I'll describe her! "
