The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to the river and just a short walk from the shops across the river. The breakfast was amazing, and we loved having the opportunity to enjoy breakfast on the top floor while taking in the beautiful views. We also enjoyed breakfast at the little café next door, which was equally delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hotel. Staff were helpful and courteous. Room and view was amazing. Perfectly situated for getting around and I always felt safe as a solo traveller. Pools and sky bar were also fabulous. Casino was something a little extra if you had time and money to spare. Only negative and this applied to much of Australia was the inability to get a proper meal after about 9pm! Room service food however was pretty good.

Good location. Great apartment. Really lovely view. Felt really comfortable and relaxed. Spacious. After staying in a Meriton for the first time, decided to make this our first choice for future apart hotels

Superb hotel - so much nicer to stay somewhere with character/quirky rather than a standard chain. Fixtures a little worn but room v comfortable & spacious. Cocktail bar is wonderful & drinks/bar team exceptional. Continental breakfast was a nice bonus.

Overall (and as usual) the Hyatt Regency staff and property didn't let me and my family down.
The front and back of the house staff (specifically room service) were friendly and super helpful.

Checked in early. Room was ready. Great stuff. Amazing how many hotels try to stick to their check in times. Staying for a further 9 nights. Loving it.
