Modern, clean and welcoming, all you need for 1 or 2 night stay. Nice free breakfast and a welcome drink in the large bar/restaurant.

The hotel was conveniently placed for a quick commute into Brisbane centre. Our apartment, like the hotel, was clean and well appointed and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only improvement I can think of would be to have separate bins within the apartment for recycling - this would have seen me to give them a higher eco-friendly score.

Check in was easy with no issues. Room was ready early with cot set up for our son (first hotel to have done this for us). Location close to central station but cant hear the trains so it is good. Nice cafe/bar downstairs to grab lunch from that was child friendly. Best room we stayed in. Large and spacious, clean with comfy bed. Has a pool, gym and bbq area with pool towels provided at gym area next to pool.

It's a relatively new hotel near the lakes for runs or jogs. Also close to Westfields and a wealth of restaurants and cafes. Superb.

Very pleasing and comfortable apartment hotel. Great location in Brisbane CBD close to Central Station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast available in the morning was simple but very good and made a great start to the day. Would certainly be happy to stay here again.

Very clean modern rooom nothing else to say .perfect stop off

The apartments are ideally located to explore Brisbane and the surrounding areas. We arrived at Midday and were unable to check in, but were able to leave our suitcases at reception until able to do so at 2pm. Our apartment was located a short distance along the same road, at No44 and access is controlled by a fob entry system at the front door. The apartment itself was spacious and functional with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

We went for the igloo experience in Cleveland and the lady at reception was very friendly and give us a lift to the bar

Very comfortable and spacious room. The only negative comment was there are very limited numbers of restaurants in the immediate vacinity.

The rooftop pool area was wonderful and the rooms were nicely kept and had good amenities. Very poor customer service and communication. There is no reception or front desk- all online system. Our washing machine broke on day 1 of our stay ( and we had purposefully booked an hotel with a washing machine as we needed it) and despite communicating via hotels.com and informing cleaning staff daily no one came to fix or even look at the washer. BBQ area was lovely however we could not use this...

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely and friendly staff, and the apartment was clean and welcoming. Also such a convenient place with shops nearby and only a 10 minute walk or so into the town centre. Thank you!
