"Amazing location if you want to be near the Brisbane nightlife in Fortitude Valley with all the bars and restaurants close by, but far enough away so you don’t get all the noise and crazy people walking past. Convenient to bus stops and trains station for getting around to city or to the airport. Room was clean, aircon was great. Need to update their listing though as there is no on site rooftop bar/cafe. Closed down quite a while ago. Staff were all good. Would stay again."

"We had a lovely stay overall. The staff member who checked us in, Raneem (apologies if I’ve spelled that incorrectly), was incredibly warm, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She really set the tone for a great stay. The hotel itself is beautifully presented and felt very clean throughout the common areas. We did have a couple of small issues with our room, the wardrobe sliding door was already broken when we checked in, and after room service the next day there was still some dirt, hair, and small pieces of toilet paper left on the bathroom floor, so it didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. Aside from those minor things, the service was great, the people were wonderful, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back."

"The apartment was very dusty, especially under the table and portable fan. Very poor design of the apartment. Only AC in the living room , so one froze in the living room because the bedroom didn’t have it and was terribly hot! Black shades in bedroom weren’t the best choice.. unable to cool it down. No small bowls in kitchen for cereal, ice cream, soup etc. the dryer rack on the sundeck was broken! Would not recommend this place to family or friends."
