"This hotel was lovely, clean and quiet. We appreciated the cheerful, kind staff, especially the doorman, even at 3am when we needed advise on finding a 24hr drug store. The location was perfect for quick access to shows, food and bus/subway including the Big Bus Company hop on hop off that's first stop was at the corner. We would highly recommend this hotel. Our only complaint was that all the lights were connected so it was hard to adjust them to the right settings. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see and do and easy to access our room when needed. Our room was perfect for what we needed. Our only complaint would be that the room never got below 74 degrees so it was pretty warm for sleeping and relaxing. We didn't spend a ton of time in the room anyway so it was a huge problem. "

"Nice hotel, very close to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. Unfortunately there was an extremely long line to check in. I had to change my clothes in the lobby restroom and then store our bags at the luggag"

"Staff very very helpful. Space room was ok too for traveling with children and since is next to Grand station so is easy to arrive everywhere just walking some blocks or taking the Metro. I would love TO Stay there again. "

"Room was clean and larger than I expect in NYC, and they upgraded us to two queen beds (instead of one). Grab & Go breakfast was plenty substantial, staff were efficient. The lobby is very busy but the floors are quiet, and being just steps away from Times Sq was so convenient. The free walking tours were an added bonus that we really enjoyed too. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and very tasteful decorated. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of bars. Did not eat the breakfast or at any restaurant because of prior reservations at other establishments. "

"The elevator situation was awful. You had to use your card for it to tell you which elevator to go to but it was like there was no logic behind it. We waited through 6 elevators to come down because all of them were full. It was infuriating. "
