We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. We couldn't recommend it enough. 5* Thanks for looking after us (Mark and Lottie Dougill & Chris and Sarah Platt). See you next time. Ciao

The service and staff are superb!!! They are very helpful. The room is beautiful with generous amenities. The host at the rooftop, Dario, provide us and complimentary snack and drink. I will definitely stay at Vista Lago di Como for my next visit.

Really beautiful property, great location and exceptional staff. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful views and kind hosts.

Good hotel and personal

Beautiful hotel with wonderful service and a delicious and varied breakfast. Would definitely stay for longer next time

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with amazing views over Lake Como. We were allowed to drop our bags off as we arrived before check in. When we came back to check in our luggage had already been taken to our room. Rooms are spacious and modern and very clean and the view is amazing. We had dinner first night and the food was great - especially the risotto! We woke up the next day after a really bad storm and unfortunately the damage to the road outside was extensive. Land slide...

Possibly the very best hotel I've stayed at. The entire experience from check in to check out was exceptional. The staff couldn't be more helpful. Planning the next trip as we speak!

The hotel offers a very high level of service. It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. My entire stay was punctuated with support from wonderful, helpful and courteous staff, who could have done nothing more to improve my stay......until they provided the...

Un posto veramente magnifico. Bellissima la SPA, il bosco, lo staff veramente gentile e professionale. Torneremo sicuramente e la prossima volta proveremo anche il ristorante.

Set on the banks of Lake di Annone this superb hotel was just what we needed. Quiet, exclusive & with amazing service. We had a signature suite, so we had a hot tub with a huge wrap around balcony. Our super king size bed overlooked the lake with double aspect windows, which was wonderful to wake up to. The staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating. We ate in the Michelin* restaurant in the hotel. We booked our room very last minute & so initially they said they couldn’t fit us in...

Great location and fantastic hospitality. We managed to find a parking spot close to the hotel for 4€/day. The room was clean and cosy.

Amazing stay, with very kind and helpful staff. Solo 19yo female traveller and I felt very safe and looed after. Everything about my stay was great.

We were in modern extension. My husband was aware of the trams passing including at night. I was not. Perhaps not good for a light sleeper. Spa lovely. 5 year old was wonderfully welcomed by all staff.

I had an amazing experience at Al Molo 5. The breakfast with a beautiful lake view was truly unforgettable, and the hotel itself is super clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I recommend coming by car, as there isn’t much within walking distance, but the on-site restaurant is excellent — great food, very romantic atmosphere, and the whole area is quiet and peaceful. Overall, a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommended!

An excellent stay at a wonderful hotel. Attentive staff and seamless service. Breakfast was fantastic. A masterclass in how to run a hotel.

An unusual hotel!. The bedrooms at the front are all glass so the blinds went up and down like yo yos. We were at the front so nearby houses could see in. It was a bit like being in a goldfish bowl To have any privacy the blinds were dropped but then you lost the views. .Due to the expensive local stone which lines the walls in the bathroom, there are no towel rails so get used to leaving them on the floor. The hotel has a chocolate factory and coffee shop at which hotel guests get a discount....

wonderful stay, beautiful hotel, pool, food was incredible. Cannot recommend enough!

Delightful and stylish boutique hotel tucked away in a private courtyard off a friendly and convenient shopping street, with easy walking access to some of the key tourist sites to the southwest of the city center. Each and every member of staff was so hospitable and friendly
