The staff were lovely and very informative of the amenities. The room was spotless and everything was in full working order. Comfy beds, extra pillows, toiletries provided in the bathrooms. The car park was spacious and easy to navigate.

I had a fantastic stay at TownePlace Suites during a recent business trip. The room was very spacious — much larger than I expected — and incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness was absolutely immaculate; you can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. The location was convenient as well, with downtown just a short 15-minute drive away. There are also plenty of food and drink options nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or unwind after work. Overall, an excellent...

Breakfast was good and main desk reception staff were great

We spent 6 days here in late Jan/early Feb and couldn't have been looked after better. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our every request was met promptly and staff has good advice on local places to visit. The room size was very good and the studio room with kitchenette was perfect for staying with our little boy. We highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room, and comfy bed…..exactly what I needed

Finding the check in was probably the only slight negative about this resort. It is huge and caters for the huge number of people that visit it extremely well. Everywhere is hustling and busy all the time, but you can always get a drink/food/sunbed easily. Staff were great too.

Great hotel - stayed one night - late check in. Easy to find on outskirts of Tampa-Brandon close to I-75 for onward journey. Friendly helpful check in staff. Room nice and clean and spacious. Hot and cold breakfast buffet the next day,

Homewood Suites are the best. Nothing bad to say.

Nice comfortable room, Staff very plesent breakfast was a plesent extra with good choice. Stayed here before so knew what to expect, a hidden gem.

Helpful, clean and what we needed

Nice hotel, friendly staff at check in and check out. WiFi was lightning fast which was good as I had a work call to dial into. Breakfast was basic but good quality and nice presentation. My room was huge, comfy bed and pillows. Shower is excellent. One complaint only, one drawer in the kitchen was dirty which was weird because the rest of the room was spotless. Good value for money and a great location. Will stay again.
