"Around the hotel was extensive roadworks plus they were filming a movie. We were not informed before our arrival about the blockage of Jordan Rd and when we came down Yonge a cop would not let us onto Melinda told us to go round but Jordan was blocked so we went round again and finally persuaded the cop to let us into the hotel This was a very frustrating start to our stay hotel management should have made sure the cops were allowing people to get to valet parking "
