This is a very superior hotel, absolutely wonderful! We loved our time there. The setting on Lake Louise is perfect. This is a very special place

We had a lovely room with our own front door and a an area with a sofa. Very comfortable and clean They had an offer for breakfast if you prebook it! worth taking advantage of the offer. Thank you,

Lovely large room with good facilities. Convenient for Lake Louise and surrounding area. Would be nice to have had dining on sight but some good options in Lake Louise village.

This hotel is excellent! From the moment you arrive the staff are amazing. Leo the driver is so knowledgeable when taking you around town. The rooms are fab, having an open fire was luxurious and a nice surprise. Loved everything about the room and food in the main restaurant

Amazing stay very friendly staff perfect

Super friendly staff, great location. Highly recommend

What’s not to love great staff and wonderful location with town only a 15 min walk or free shuttle bus this was great place to stay with the best coffee in room you could ask for

Room was beautiful, staff super helpful, breakfast all we needed, hot tub great if a little too hot. Laundry really useful. Location perfect. Free parking. Wish we'd stayed longer.

Excellent location, close to everything in Banff. Excellent staff and great facilities with a really good breakfast. Brilliant stay, would recommend

Everything was perfect!

Excellent location to downtown Banff

I celebrated my 50th birthday there and there were so many personal touches made to make me feel special that day. Big thanks to Lawrence for my birthday surprise and to all the lovely staff. This...
