"I’ve stayed in many Hiltons and this was the worst by a very long way - mostly due to the very poor attitude of the staff who treated us as a definite inconvenience and annoyance both at pre-check-in, check in, problems with the key - twice, and a long wait for a table at dinner only to be told gruffly ‘it’ll be an hour for food’ which is frankly useless for a hotel restaurant which was far from full. The room was -ridiculously- noisy with a funfare right outside with loud music til nearly midnight and close to the trains blasting their horns continually. The windows and walls must be paper-thin to allow so much noise through right up at the 10th floor. To finally round off the poor experience I had to visit 3 different floors before finally finding an ice machine that was actually working. I’m shocked how much I disliked this place - very, very disappointed."

"Baseboard heater ! Needed to get on my knees to turn it on. Keurig provided, but no cups or coffee supplies. Dog hair on surfaces. BASEMENT room with window view to a concrete wall. No need to say more. Ugh!"

"Front desk clerk yelled at me when I asked to repeat what she said. We asked if there was a bathroom on that level. She barked “no”. It was a long drive and it took a long time to check in. The door to our room was wide open and blocked by dirty towels when we got there. Parking was easy. Bathroom was old and strange shaped but clean. "

"Great location, in the middle of downtown. Very clean, friendly staff. A draw back is the distance from the front desk. The room can easily be located almost a quarter mile from the front desk."

"Double charged my card for the deposit because she entered my name wrong the first time then double booked my room so I had a stranger walk in while I was sleeping"

"Bed bugs- there were bed bugs in my bed I slept with the light on during my entire stay, room was hot and it was noisy when I open the window- I will never stay there again"

"The overall rating is Good. New Capet being installed in rooms and hallways at the time of my stay. This improvement was good. Bathroom and shower well kept. Refrigerator in room a bit noisy. But the neighborhood is relatively quiet. No trains or close highways. A good choice for the price."
