No room change could be offered, I requested refund which I was told needed to come from Expedia. I have now emailed Expedia 3 times and await their verdict on whether they will refund my money. "

A really comfortable super kibg sized bed, massive wslk in shower, good tea and coffee facilities in our room. It was quiet, so we had a good nights sleep (just what we wanted). I would stay again. "
