Incredibly accessible for those who need it. Tierney at reception was amazing! Ordered pizza to the room with ease via QR code which was super helpful to us being hard of hearing. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Could not recommend enough!

Although the message said someone would be there to greet me, I wasn't sure who, so followed the instructions for the key collection with no problem.
