"This is my second time at this hotel when I say the reception team all staff at the door the restaurant are amazing and so helpful in every way, though out the day they do everything to make all guest happy, iv never been to a hotel and had treatment like this. If booking this hotel make sure to book with breakfast can’t be missed better then all breakfast from outside it caters for all need and allergies. Location is fantastic walking distance to Taksim square and all metro and busses "

"It is a nice property but they really need to sort their central heating as you cant change the setting and in the night the temperature goes up to 27 degrees. Not a single night I had a pleasant sleep!!!"

"The buffet food was very good and fresh. There are many tables and chairs to choose from. My over all experience at this hotel was excellent. Close by to many locations and they have taxis at this hotel to take around town for a reasonable price. 24/7. Thaw staff everywhere were very welcoming and very friendly. This hotel is as good as it gets in Istanbul. "

"I booked Bosphorus Suite, Lounge Access and view was spectacular however nothing worked, charger pot and coffee machine not working. Iron not working. Safe not working, jetted tub average. They would take ages to send technicians who cant speak English. Maid came in my room when i was in bathroom in the first hr! Spa lady was rude and ruined my birthday. Definitely wont book this hotel but i liked the manager who looked at cctv footage and agreed with me. However no apology at all. Next day spa lady was polite but acted like nothing happened. I was very polite. The room was not as advertised. Lounge access is poor not worth it at all. Breakfast was nice in Lobby, better than lounge. Location is excellent. Bell boys excellent. I got no special check in which was advertised in the room! "

"The hotel looks great esthetically. The rooms are much smaller than what the pictures make them seem. Very dated. The AC didnt work consistently it would cool for 5 mins and blow warm humid air The rest of the day. No storage in the room for long stays. The showering amenities like shampoo are really low quality and Im one who never has an issue with this but I had an issue with their product. The carpets had stains and crust feel and need to cahnged. The pillows were lumpy and really poor. I had 4 different sized pillows lol. The breakfast buffet was great!"
