Stunning Town Hall conversion off the main road in Bethnal Green. I booked it for my Fathers 70th Birthday & it was the perfect place, spacious, quite, clean and full of little luxuries and character.

We were greeted by a lovely lady and as we had arrived far too early to check in we left our luggage with her. On our return our bags had already been taken to our room. I had booked a room for 4 guests but the room we were given was huge. It had a double bed,3 singles and a sofa. There was a dining table and chairs,Sky TV and free wifi ....brilliant. The kitchen was well equipped everything looked new. The bathroom was not so new but spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels which were...

I was surprised to see the room. It was very well decorated and had everything necessary.
Check in was also easy and all instructions were provided in advance.
Nearby to my office and shops. Highly recommended.

The suite was perfect for short stay and had everything we needed, was also really close to the underground and victoria park. Whenever we had any questions Mariah would answer almost right away.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. I am not picky, but when it comes to top service I know what to expect, and notice when something, as small...

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.
