The service was superb, the staff was very nice, cooperative, running short of words to praise them, the property was clean, everything thing in the stay was amazing

the hotel is no different than what you see. staff are friendly and courteous at all times. wish they had more itemsin their menu. if u want a complete different experience of Goa with peace you need to.stay here . it is in south goa, so far away from party places like Baga n Calangute. but one of the best stay ever

Can't really fault this lovely quiet hotel. The staff are very friendly and efficient and make you feel very welcome. It is very clean and the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The swimming pool is cleaned regularly and is very welcome after a hot day in the sun. The restaurant just across the road is also excellent and the perfect place to spend the evening. Beautiful food and wonderful service. This was our second stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again.

So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed...

We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. Check in was unique, very personalized and not your usual "here's your room key and there are the elevators". We received a cold sweet drink and cold towels which was most welcoming, and were sat down in reception and everything was explained including upgrade options. We had an extremely pleasant stay . What we would recall the most would be the beautiful sea and beach which our room faced , the really pleasant and super-friendly staff who would go all out to please you as a privileged guest . The level of service everywhere is very high . The facilities and bar and restaurants there are also very nice . There is a huge swimming pool very well laid out and excellent gardens in a 45 acre property with jogging and walking tracks .

I booked this hotel on Expedia and surprisingly found the hotel to exceed on our expectations. Hotel is constructed on more than 100 year old Portuguese building. Food was excellent. Hotel staff was very good and courteous. Ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are pool facing. Rooms and washroom are very big in size.

We stayed in a king suite. Its one of the best rooms that we have ever stayed in. The difference from other suites we have seen is that it has two full sized bathrooms. It is very convenient if you have grown-up children. The wifi quality was very good.

Stunning hotel with warm, friendly staff.

Stayed in this hotel a few times now. As per normal it is excellent. Near enough town if you want a little walk, beach short taxi away. Food in restaurant is amongst the best I have had in a hotel. You must have the Goan food.

Wonderful location, five minutes from benaulim beach. Amazing hospitality. Superb spa.
