Swastiastu! Everything was top notch - the food, the people, the hospitality and the ambience. The spa was superb and the daily Balinese activities a fun way to learn some culture. The live performances especially were a standout. The whole resort is a mesh between traditional Balinese design with batiks, the Ramayana love story, and contemporary elements. We recommend wholeheartedly without hesitation.

Great hotel in a great location. Every single staff member went out of their way to help us. The restaurant was amazing, with breakfast definitely worth the money. Amenities were all great, felt very safe and looked after our whole stay.

We stayed in a one bed villa with a private pool, the villa itself was beautiful and spacious, the veranda and the private pool area have wonderful views, perfect at any time of day. The complimentary mini bar, breakfast and afternoon tea were all wonderful, there was a great selection at breakfast and the staff looked after us very well, making sure that we had enough. The afternoon tea contained different sandwiches and cakes every day for our 5 days. I will return as soon as possible.

We spent 4 days here. If you want privacy, this is the place to come - you have your own villa (with walled garden, deck and plunge pool), the "room" service is great. You'll have your breakfast on your deck (monkey situation permitting) or inside the villa. Talking about monkeys - the name "Monkey Forest" is not there for marketing only. Beautiful hotel. Amazing details in the lobby. Its massive. Quite a long walk to the front of the hotel, so don't forget anything in your room! Amazing pools and beach. Wouldn't go in the sea though. Beautiful sunrises. Decent air conditioned gym. Breakfast was good, although not the best I've had in Bali. The Indonesian cakes were very nice though.

The Bandha is a beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff and excellent facilities. However, that being said, I think we were quite unlucky with two issues. Firstly, our flight from the UK landed at 3pm and after arriving at the hotel at 5pm we were told that our room would not be ready until 8pm. This place has one of the best private pool villa for the given price. Although the road to the property is very poor and there is nothing scenic outside but inside the property it's like being in a beautiful rainforest. We loved our 4 night stay at Maya Ubud! The hotel is secluded, in the middle of the jungle, and has 2 amazing infinity pools. The staff is super nice and helpful. Great spa in an incredible setting with very good treatments. The rooms are average though and the condition of the furniture not great.

The hotel is amazing, it is January beautiful. The staff are the most helpful people ever, always polite and friendly. The complimentary airport shuttle was a wonderful sight at our 1.30am pickup. Lovely quiet, clean spacious room. Good breakfast plenty of choice and nice outdoors seating.

The location of the hotel is superb, very close to the beach. We enjoyed the beach so much. Our room had a beautiful view to the beach. The room was spacious with a terrace. Breakfast can be chaotic. Wish that a big hotel like alila can have more restaurants. Overall our stay was very nice and would recommend this hotel to our friends.
