The daily housekeeping was great and the amenities had everything I needed: Nespresso, Microwave, cooktop, utensils, cold Air Cons, bath amenities etc. Nice to entertain guests here too. "My wife and I had an absolutely incredible 8-night stay at The Komu last year. Our room on the 5th floor was beautifully decorated, and the entire hotel has such a great vibe with fantastic amenities - especially the rooftop pool and amazing staff. Breakfast is à la carte, and wow… we still talk about how good the food was. Truly one of the best hotel options in the area. Highly recommended"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! I'm in a legal dispute with hotels.com and this sub par hotel to get a refund. Disgusting, unhygienic place. Excrement marks all over place. I have contacted Bali authorities as this place is beyond dirty and is refusing to give refund. Scammers. Hotels.com is just twiddling their thumbs and saying its upto the hotel to issue refund. They are advertising such a dirty place but still the hotel gets to scam! All of the pictures you see are several years old. "
