"I could honestly not fault this place, from the moment you arrive you feel welcome and all the staff for our 7 day stay were amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was awesome, the coffee was lovely and we ate 2 other meals there that were also lovely. We were in a deluxe villa which was in good condition and the pool area and outdoor lounge was great. It is about a 15 minute walk to Seminyak central, however there were plenty of good eating and drinking options 5 minute walk...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the private pool. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Good location for walking to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The Villa was clean and comfortable, large rooms, but bathrooms could do with some updating. Quiet and tucked away from the street. "Overall the property was ok and in good condition. I have also read previous reviews on the noise level from the nearby club at night which didn't bother me. However, the water was alittle weird and tasted funny. I don't usually use bottled water to rinse my mouth or brush my teeth in Bali, but I had to here."
