"Stayed there for a week . Hotel is in an upscale Roma Norte . It feels very safe in the neighbourhood and is very close to the metro bus station which can take you anywhere to the city with easy connections to the metro . The hotel looks pretty updated and room is clean and the housekeeping lady was helpful and did a very good job. If the hotel room had air conditioning , it would be perfect . "Overall a great experience! This was our 2nd stay & it did not disappoint. The staff & service were all 5 star. We were even given an upgrade to the view of the Angel of Independence. Staying here definitely was a great way to end our trip in the most relaxing way. Worth every penny! My only compliant would be that the pool titles around the edge of the pool were broken off & the buttons for the jets & water fountain didn't work - other than that the hotel is in great condition "
