The service was ok. Once we received our room, someone else also got our room and walked in. That was very embarrassing and unfortunate. No VIP upgrade, not even mentioned. My experience was not too bad, but could have been better.

When I go to Mexico City I always stay at this NH unit. The Hotel has great structure, attentive staff, spacious and clean rooms, good bed, good bathroom with great shower. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurant is also good.

We obtained a room that we didn't like (very low floor, damaged sink, floor, overall feeling like a low-grade room - not something we experienced last year when we were very happy with our stay at NH in Zona Rosa). I complained and my room was quickly upgraded to a great room. Jesus was so wonderful, knowledgeable, experienced and so helpful. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts! Thus, for the second year, stay at NH was a GREAT experience! We will be back!!!
