"The room was dirty. Dust all over shelves and bathroom counter had stuff all over it. The elevators were horrible and didnt work one night. Lots of false information like the price of valet parking, no room service or reward member welcome bags. "

Breads, muffins, bagels, etc were out. Fruit was out. The food that was cooked wasn't good. Water and juices were running out. We were put in a handicapped room and did not need a handicap room. The mattress is needing to be replaced and the pillows were awful. "
