"We first visited Concorde Deluxe Resort two years ago, and one of the main reasons we chose to return this year was the exceptional service provided by the Guest Relationship Manager, Tulay. Despite encountering a few minor issues during check-in, Tulay handled everything with great professionalism and care, ensuring our second stay was truly outstanding. "An amazing place. The beauty of the beach and scenery is matched with amazing amenities and architecture at the resort. Starting with the Quality of rooms, and cleanliness to the staff. One in particular that made every guests experience more fun is the manager Rida. This gentleman went out of his way to interact with us, and every other guest. Can’t say enough about how welcoming he is. "

"For a short break with my daughter. This was the perfect location . The resort has plenty of restaurants and friendly staff. There is plenty of entertainment if that’s your thing. The beach party was a highlight! We stayed in a lagoon swim up room near the swim up bar. Perfect !"

"This is a 5 star all inclusive resort by any measure. It is more suited for families with kids rather than adult couples. Food, drinks and service were all above expectation. "

"The Elysium Green was very very good, clean , tidy good staff , helpful plenty of facilities inhouse , the rooms were perfect, plenty room inside, Improvement according to my background maybe breakfast, to the Arabic client that was ok for them for English client we do like full English, would i stay there again 110% "
