Crystal Sunset Pearl Collection - All inclusive
8/10 Good
"The hotel was very nice. Clean rooms and loads of space. A lot of the staff didn't speak English, but very respectful and willing to help with questions. Some of the other patrons were rude. They did not want to wait in line for food or service. There were plenty of options for meals. I found the buffet to have a lot of good choices. I especially liked the fried chicken at the outside buffet by the pool. The Irish bar had top shelf liquor that they made their specialty drinks with or you could request your own concoction. Plenty of bottled water everywhere. The beach was an 8 min walk. They had a service to take/return that ran every 15 min. The beach was clean with plenty of lounges. There was even a cantina that you could get burgers, hotdogs, french fries, fruit and ice cream bars. No alcohol is served at the beach. The pool area is large. There's a bunch of water slides, kiddie area, adult pool, loads of lounges. Some of the tiles where the water is collected are in need of repair. Overall, really enjoyed the stay."

"A mixed bag. Nice hotel but surprisingly tatty for one that is brand new. Toilet seat hanging off, shower broken etc. Nice pool though."

"Great pool, friendly service, great drinks selection and kids activities and shows. Only thing that knocked off a star for me is the food, it did feel lack of new options. I would recommend if someone’s budget doesnt quite reach the more popular hotels."

The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit everyone. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

"Its was a pleasant stay except for the housekeeping, which was extremely poor. We stays there 8 nights and they barely took the time to clean the rooms each day. Some days we walk in a find it cleaned to the bare bare minimum bed made, not even glasses washed properly and multiple days we found our pj's thrown on the floor"
