"This was a superb property with all the amenities necessary for a great vacation. It was beach front and they kept the sand clean and tidy. They have tennis courts, a great mini waterpark with plenty of exciting slides for kids and adults alike. The rooms were kept very clean and the level of service was excellent. Staff were attentive and responsive to your needs. The best food quality and variety I’ve ever seen in a resort setting. The wait staff were so prompt, professional and courteous! The conference center attached to this resort was of high quality and the audiovisual staff very knowledgeable and the equipment was state of the art. I would 100% recommend and will return."

The standards were simply not up to par. Specifically, there was a noticeable and strong stench coming from the toilet, which was highly unpleasant. Additionally, the floors were dirty, indicating a serious lapse in housekeeping. I expected a much higher standard of hygiene from a resort of this caliber, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations.
