Big hotel with staff who couldn’t do more to accommodate us. note: short taxi ride to T2.

This is an excellent hotel with the usual high standards of this brand, rooms were of a high standard , the location is very convenient and the staff very very professional There is german brauhuas restaurant on site and a patisserie, would happily stay here again

Great hotel in fabulous location and very good value for money. The gym was huge in hotel terms and good indoor pool, though didn't get to use it on this occasion. Also a tennis court on site but didn't stay long enough to use it. Bar area was nice. The only disappointment was the food in the main restaurant was not great value for money.

When I arrived the front desk staff, particularly Frank was excellent at helping me with an issue I was having. He went out of his way to help me, even calling a few people on my behalf. The hotel location was very convenient, easy walking to two subways and multiple bus lines.

good location. good service. good breakfast. The only issue is that it is too old. It is a 16 years old hotel.

Very clean and staff are polite and welcoming. Rooms are clean and changed each day.
