"No one knew how to connect me to internet. I asked for bedding for the sofa bed. I received one sheet and a blanket and pillow. Had to ask for an additional sheet incorrect charges on my bill that the desk corrected. It is nothing like the Westin in Nashville, Tennessee. It was so disappointing."

"I paid $15 for breakfast for 2 days. But to find out at the front desk it was $5 a day for breakfast. Then when I woke up it seemed like everyone and anyone was just eating breakfast for free. There was no band or ticket or any way to truly confirm that someone had paid for breakfast. And if there is a way they weren't double checking or ensuring. They ran out of food very fast. There was more people eating than the food that was provided."

"The hotel is dirty and outdated. My room had a giant large red stain in the bedroom carpet and the door to the bathroom looked rotted on the edges. The breakfast was okay, nice variety but a little cold."

"Breakfast was ok. One day the eggs looked greenish and thought maybe it was seasoning for breakfast tortillas. Didn't try them. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were hard and tub was very slippery with no mat in it. Overall it was good for 2 nights we stayed"
