"It is right in the beach and that’s the only positive thing about this hotel. The rooms are extremely outdated, bathroom had no counter space, shower had lots of tangled long hair around shampoo/shower gel dispensers. Front desk stuff was very stiff and unfriendly. Was our first time in Clearwater to show aquarium to the kids, definitely the last time as well. "

"Very small and quaint :) but perfect size for the one night that we stayed . Definitely needs renovation done to walls and such . Holes patched . Pictures not attached to walls very well . Staff was amazing . Breakfast was the smallest and prob the worst selection I’ve seen in travels . But overall 3.5 out of 5 "

"My toddler and I had a great stay at the Chart House Hotel. The pool and outdoor area was really nice and well-maintained, and the entire property was very clean. The staff stood out as especially friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and Pier 60 and a 30 minute drive to Tampa International Airport, which made travel easy. The only downside was the on-site restaurant, which wasn’t great. That said, it wasn’t a big issue since there are plenty of good dining options nearby within a short distance. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again for the cleanliness, location, and excellent service."

"We loved our room with the overlook of the bay, breakfast was delicious as well as the drinks from the bar. Our kids definitely enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach"
