"The breakfast menu was great! The hot tub was only warm… The restaurant had an amazing burger and the drinks were delicious☀️ Caroline in the bar was excellent!! Ann from Jamaica was also top notch customer service as was Erik who checked us in and out- always happy and ready to accommodate! Thanks for a wonderful week. Think about a smoking area… that would be best, an alternative to fines and welcoming🤩"

"Excellent hotel in the area. Staff was so friendly! There is no parking lot for the hotel. Parking is in the strip mall across the street. While we had heard there was parking issues we did find public parking very close to the hotel that we paid for for a few hours till the mall cleared out and then moved there. Would definitely visit here again! "

"We was staying overnight to leave out of cruise the next day. The hotel was very clean, with great breakfast with all that was needed. The staff was very helpful and nice as well. If in the area again we would defiantly stay again. "

"Everyone at the property was very friendly and helpful, except the lady that runs the kitchen for breakfast. She was not friendly at all. The front desk staff were awesome. The only other suggestion I would have is that it would be nice if there were some bars to hold onto in the shower and also if there was a shelf of some kind in the shower to set things on.
