"I booked 3 rooms for my family of 12 to sleep a few hours before our drive home. I decided on this hotel because of the price, the free 24 hour airport shuttle and it is only 10 minutes from the airport. We landed at JFK at midnight and they only had one shuttle driver working so it took more than one trip to transport my whole family. When the first of us got to the hotel, the lobby was packed and there was a long check in line with only one person working the desk, it took 40 minutes from arrival to check-in and to get into our room. The rooms were clean and beds weren’t too bad. There was a small area in a top corner where the wallpaper was significantly peeling off and I could hear every voice in the hall and nearby flushing toilet. All that being said, all the employees were very nice in an overwhelming, exhausting situation and the clean rooms served their purpose before the final stretch of our vacation."

"My only complaint would be the lack of television shows and apps available. Everything else was great!"

"Horrible! Paper thin walls, rooms are poorly maintained, no hair dryer, no tv remote but tv is mounted on the wall. Towels had someone else’s hair on it. The bed was hard as a rock and wasn’t able to sleep well at all. Glad it was just for one night only. The room was tiny, AC close to the ceiling, no remote, couldn’t control the temperature. Do not recommend."
