"I recently was staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of high quality. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, a coffee/tea station, and a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the complementary breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. The hotel’s location was perfect, and a good base for visiting local attractions, shops, and public transport. "Nice Hotel and friendly staff. Close to transport links, I used the train to go most places in and around Izmir. Typical Turkish breakfast which I was OK with. The area around the hotel is residential with a significant number of hospitals. I was content walking around there day and night."

"Super nice staff. Tv in my room did not show all the channels, someone arrived immediately to fix it. They offered to move me to another room. Very accommodating. Two minutes from the airline checkin. Very convenient for odd hour flights. Impressive breakfast buffet. Friendly staff at every corner. "

"The location is great, at the heart of Izmir. The staff super friendly and helpful, they were there when I arrived at 2 am, took my luggage to the room and didn't bother even though my card didn't process the payment. I paid next morning. Free coffee and tea is available in the lounge all day, a small cosy restaurant with a table just at the door of the second entrance. Will definitely stay there again. "
