The girl at the reception was so rude and sarcastic from the moment we checked-in. She shouldn't be working there. She ignored my friend when she asked her a question and was laughing at us with her co-worker and saying things in her language so we wouldn't understand. I've never seeing a treatment like that in any hotel. She has no patience with the guests. They turned off the AC in the middle of the night to save energy, so we called 5 times and nobody would do anything about it. Needless to say we didn't sleep that night. I opened the window and the valance fell on my forehead. I have a bump on my nose from it. The other staff were really nice.
