Friendly stuff but needs urgent renovation
Kind and helpful stuff. Clean but... Require immediate repairs. Awful and old toilet with stains. Broken furniture. Cables out of the walls. Broken lamps. Part of lamps not working. WiFi doesn't work in the room due too weak signal. Walls made out of paper. You can hear everything.
