The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean but it's a bit small than usual. It took us 2 tries to find the hotel using GPS. But when we eventually found it, the staff helped us park our rentacar.

Its located in a central area. Lots of places to eat near by. Things to see in Izmir are in a walking distance along with the bazar for shopping. The room was fine and staff was also good. They serve a good breakfast.

Centraly located. No very noisy at night due to the families and children staying late night do 02 morning and noisy drainage .taking into consideration the consturation near by.

Everything was really clean except for the trash can next to the toilet, but it was promptly switched after I made a complaint. The location is alright, hard to find using Apple Maps.

Lack of English by one receptionist was an unpleasant start of a week at this hotel. However, 3 staff: Nadir, Ersun, and Ece made all the difference later. Nadir's fantastic customer relation skills, English and kindness made us feel welcome at this hotel
