The stay was okay, but the base of bed was too big for mattress, the card slot on wall for power wasnt fixed properly and hanging out, bathroom shower door base looked dirty. Staff were lovely tho, I'd say that was the best part of the visit

We spent a 3 nights period in this central lovely economic hotel. We were impressed by its cleanliness, comfort, stsff friendliness and its services. Wel would come back and we would recommend.

The staff was very supportive and helpful despite not knowing English. We lost our cellphone during day trip and they helped us in getting back. Special thanks to Ms Gozde and manager at the reception .

Overall review

The pictures on the website does not reflect the quality of the room. The room smelled smoke and the bathroom had mold with minimal maintenance over several years. To many brochure for the same and different information. The room it self was good but need a renovation and decoration and before check in the staff shall double check so the room is ready for check in to match the expectations you have on a suit. The locations are very good with nice local restaurants with walking distance to cordon and also public transport and airport by taxi.

Ottimo hotel vicino alle attrazioni più importanti della città. Vicinissimo alla Basmane Gar, personale gentile, camera pulita, accessori bagno di ogni genere e pantofole, cambio asciugamani giornaliero, efficiente il servizio gratuito di parcheggio con personale dedicato che prende in consegna l'auto. Ottimo il buffet della colazione con prevalenza di salato e verdure. Struttura assolutamente consigliata.

Première expérience à Izmir

Première expérience à Izmir, l'hôtel était plutôt bon dans l'ensemble, même si il y a quelques "ratés" notamment la fenêtre de la chambre, le minibar, une ampoule cassée etc. Mais le personnel à su nous aider et trouver des solutions. D'ailleurs le personnel était des jeunes et ça c'est plutôt bien ! Très gentils également et attentionnés (notamment pour mon anniversaire avec un gâteau) !

Odada perde askısının demiri korkutucu bir şekilde korumasız olarak duruyordu. Ve yatak tam orada olduğu için kafa çarpma durumu vardı. Musluk kırık gibiydi ve tuvalet çoktemiz değildi. Odada çöp poşeti olması ve genişliği iyiydi. Odamız check in saatinden önce hazırdı bu da olumluydu.

Hier ist eine mögliche Hotelrezension: Das Badezimmer war eine absolute Katastrophe. Überall Schimmel, und die „Whirlpool“-Funktion hat das Wasser bei Aktivierung komplett verschmutzt – es roch unerträglich nach Gülle. Zudem hat das Licht im Badezimmer ständig geflackert, sodass man sich wie in Guantanamo gefühlt hat. Vorab hatte ich Kontakt mit dem Hotel aufgenommen, um mich über die Sauberkeit zu versichern, und es wurde mir ausdrücklich versprochen, dass alles sauber sei. Leider entsprach das in keinster Weise der Realität. Außerdem hatte ich um eine kleine Unterstützung gebeten, um meine Frau zu ihrem Geburtstag zu überraschen – doch auch das wurde völlig vermasselt. Fazit: Absolut enttäuschend und definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Konforlu ve Güzel bir Otel

Gayet konforlu ve rahat bir konaklama oldu. Kahvaltıları oldukça güzeldi, klima sessiz ve iyi ısıtıyordu, çalışanlar da güler yüzlü ve iyi hizmet ediyor. 2 gecelik konaklama tecrübemden çok memnunum.
