Beautiful place, the highlight of our trip. Big and nice rooms with all the amenities. Nice breakfast and amazing service.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the centre but surprisingly quiet. You can use the pool if the sister hotel casona del colegio which is bigger and have breakfast there if you like.

Great hotel in a nice beach. Very good facilities, including several beautiful pools, beach, gym. Very friendly staff. Good food. Great service.

Truly a gem of a property. Amazing location with villas in the middle of a jungle. Great private beach with a cafe and enough sun beds for everyone to get situated. Bikes with each room to travel around. Great dining restaurant and a bar. I definitely would come again.

Isla Baru is an amazing area - and the thoughtful & friendly staff here made us feel at home. It's a special place. Would highly recommend the excursions on offer to Mangroves (which is really a tour of the local area of the island in general ie more than just mangroves & rosario. On Saturdays the bar/club on the other side of the bay attracts party boats, which are loud. So when we revisit we will probably avoid saturdays. mon-sundays is idylllic. We had a wonderful time. We had a truly lovely stay at this hotel! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. The staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming and thoughtful, making us feel so special throughout our visit. Location in the heart of the centre all the main attractions are on your doorstep. Hotel provides a great base for small trips in the heat which enables you to make most of the attractions. Hotel room was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities we needed plus more. There is a great view from the roof terrace with a nice swimming pool. THE best hotel! I travelled solo to Cartagena, Colombia for the first time so was naturally nervous but couldn’t have had a better stay at OSH. Simply excellent. Sophia Hotel is fantastic hotel in the heart of the old town/centre. The rooftop pool and bar area has a lovely view and the food is good too. The music can be a little loud, but the staff are friendly and happily turned it down when we were the only couple on the roof enjoying the pool. Reception is excellent with any questions you may have and helped us immensely. The breakfast is also amazing! Thank you to the staff for such a great stay.

This is a unique property in the buzzy Getsemani area. Every room is different but I booked Up in the Sky with a small private roof terrace and private jacuzzi. Wonderful space to relax after a hot and humid day in Cartagena. Breakfast is freshly prepared to order. All staff are very friendly and helpful and Marcus the owner was great at communicating before and during my stay. We had a lovely room with lots of space. Everyday the room was cleaned and smelled amazing. The staff were always friendly and helpful to us and we came back one day to a lovely note and a bottle of wine as a gift from the hotel to celebrate us being on our honeymoon. Lovely touch. We spent some time each day by the pool which had fresh towels there and would be a quiet and peaceful place to relax. The location was fantastic and would absolutely stay again.

A beautiful and calm oasis in the heart of the old city. The egg arepas were the perfect breakfast to start the day and the pool a lovely way to spend the morning.

Given this is a 5 star hotel. I would expect them to offer an area where tou can get showered if your room isn't ready. Apart from that everything was good

Everything was wonderful except the SPA wasn't available ( closed or fully booked).
