"Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Estelar Cartagena fue una experiencia excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos todo fue perfecto. Nuestra habitación tenía una vista espectacular al mar, lo que hizo la estancia aún más especial. El área del lobby es hermosa y muy elegante, y la piscina con esa vista al mar simplemente increíble. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de Cartagena. Pero sin duda lo mejor de todo fue el servicio. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. "Great hotel. Loved the air conditioning. Very excellent. Located in the central busy area. One issue there is a ticking sound periodically in the room it's annoying esp at night during sleep I think it might be coming from the fridge or the ac control. "
