OZ Hotel Collection

OZ Hotel Collection

10/10 Excellent
"This was my second stay at OZ Hotel Collection, and I’d give it 10 stars if I could. When I walked in, Silvana at the front desk recognized me, started waving, and remembered my name. That was such a warm welcome back, especially as a solo traveler. The hotel upgraded my room at no extra charge, and I could see Cartagena right from the rain shower! The breakfast buffet was included, there’s a rooftop pool and an upscale restaurant, and I could walk to Juan Valdez for my coffee. The front desk can also help arrange airport transfers and taxis, which made getting around easier. The city view was a treat, but the staff are the reason I’d book here again. I’ll be back on my next trip to Cartagena."
