Good overnight before flight
Room was big and clean. I stayed prior to an early flight and it was comfortable. There is NO signage and somewhat difficult to find. There was a phone number for access as there was no front desk attended. Otherwise things worked out well.

Very comfortable but some inconveniences
Very comfortable firm mattress. Nice room. Good lighting n simple design with enough electrical ports. Lobby area too small- No elevator - inconvenient especially for heavy luggage. No attention to empty floor water dispenser. Early morning inefficient water heater but sufficiently hot water by late morning

The Hotel is hard to find. I booked two room at the panini residence. I got the key and enter the room. The first room is fine, but the second room haven’t clean yet. The previous customer left, but no one come to set up the room. The bed was not set up, the blanked was used and left on the floor. There is no elevator. If you carry a big luggage, it will be a nightmare.

Close to the airport, big room and nice staff
Only a single night stay after a long flight, check in was as always simple and straight forward with pleasant staff to make the process very quick. Large room with a huge bed, only issue I had was typical of Thailand, the hard bed. Too hard for me to be comfortable but is quite common in many hotels here. That said we have stayed here before and will most likely stay here again in the future!

First, that is NOT the front of the hotel. It’s down a narrow and dirty alley, no white gazebo. Hallways are a bit dirty and have sudden fun dips and rises. Room was clean though. Staff helpful.

Great hotel for airport stop overs
Great place for a stopover stay, Le lune restaurant next door was really good as well with a live singer and great service. Hotel staff really looked after me and upgraded me!

I stayed for one night. It was great. It is not close to much so do not stay if you want to go to Bangkok. The street has shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely and the bed and room were very comfortable. The hotel building itself is not done up completely but this does not impact the stay. Highly recommended for comfort.

What a disaster
Requested collection from airport, waited two hours without anyone turning up to collect me. When I took taxi to hotel they told me they no longer collected guests from airport. The hotel got me taxi back to airport following morning for 150 baht but taxi meter showed actualcost71 baht. Never using Panini Residence again.

Is what it is, do your research before you stay. And you won't be disappointed. Don't come here paying a small amount and expect lots (don't expect the people who do!. Very helpful friendly staff on check in and check out. If I wasn't already married I would have married the "check in" girl (if she would have me haha)

Far from everything but close to the airport. The Hotel looks like still under the construction. The receptionist lady ordered the taxi which was three times more expensive then normally would pay for the others....!Later we find out :(

Hotel close to airport
Short trip taxi service was a breeze to this well known hotel from the airport short taxi order centre. Bed was a little hard but otherwise room was clean, wifi was speedy and the hotel desk ordered a taxi for me in the morning. It was everything needed for a place to crash.

There was literally no wait to be checked in, the service lady was smiley, helpful, and efficient. There is an outdoor steak restaurant nearby and an indoor Thai restaurant in the same plaza area. The room was clean and comfortable.

My husband and I had a transit in Bangkok, on our way from Krabi to Melbourne. The main reason why I booked this hotel was because this is close to the airport, and we had an early morning flight to catch, the next day. I can say the hotel is not bad but the rooms are compact and feels a little stuffy in there. As we were out of the room most of the time, exploring Bangkok, we did not have much of a problem. The bathroom was slippery. Also, not a lot of eateries nearby. We wanted a quick bite, and so went to this café which is right outside the hotel, but none spoke English there. Had a little difficult time ordering food, but isn't this the case with most small restaurants in Thailand? I would rate this hotel ordinary, and would suggest staying here, only if you would want to rest at some place close to the airport for a few hours.

It's a basic 'close-to-airport' stay over hotel. It's bothing dynamic, but clean and comfortable for one night and the air con was ace. There's wasn't any food/drink available except for a vending machine and fridge in reception, and the local area appeared very quiet. We were offered a taxi for 1000bht in the airport, I refused and paid a local cab around 350bht ( smaller desks located just outside main entrance lower floor of airport) so don't be drawn by their first offer.

Thiefs
They stole my laptop and the tablet . They gave my room to another guest while i was out of town for a day and half . I have emailed them several times they never responded . They are liars and thieves . donot stay there or they will steal your belongings too
