As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. This Japanese style hotel was truly exceptional. Stylish and everything of the utmost quality. The tepanyaki restaurant was a delight with super attentive staff.

True 5 star quality of facilities, accommodation and staff. This was our first stay in Bangkok and we cancelled another hotel and returned for a night from Phuket before flying home. Great location, perfect for the Skytrain and Metro. Would definitely stay again.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. They always give me a smile and show their enthusiasm for helping customers. The breakfast is good and the room is clean and quiet. Will come again next time.

The COMO Metropolitan was perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We arrived to warm smiles and cold drinks from reception, who fortunately were able to accommodate us immediately despite our early morning flight arrival. What a gem this place is, had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed it so much we’ve booked it again on our way back through Bangkok. The Tuk Tuk service makes getting to the stations very convenient for the MRT and BTS. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the pool is amazing and perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Excellent hotel

I often choose this hotel when visiting Bangkok. It’s close to everything but a bit quieter than other parts of Sukhumvit and the quality of the rooms is excellent. The western options at the breakfast buffet could be better but the facilities are great and the golf simulator is an added bonus if you play.

We had a fantastic two weeks at the hotel, the staff were amazing and catered to our needs. Right near the bts so travelling about was not an issue. Would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived the stay was perfect. Food great, room great and service great. It is worth staying in the Lounge Access rooms as the personalised service, food and drinks make the stay a little more special.
