Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui

Koh Samui

10/10 Excellent

This is a magical place that really lets you escape and unwind. The setting is one of the most dramatic I've experienced (only topped by Sugar Beach in St Lucia) - the villas and communal buildings dotted on a steep jungle mountainside that drops down to a secluded fine sandy beach. When you combine the Four Seasons perfectionism with the innate kindness and warmth of the Thai people, the service is as good as it gets. The villas are private and large with great character. It seems that...

The Sea Koh Samui Resort & Residences by Tolani

Koh Samui

10/10 Excellent

We stayed in Villa 4, one of the 3 bedroom villas. Spacious rooms and great patio area with lovely private pool. The rooms and pool were cleaned regularly, and towels changed as well. Every day, we got given 4 bottles of water and more coffee capsules and tea bags. The location was really good as the hotel was on the beach which was very quiet. 5 stars definitely go to the restaurant/bar staff - incredibly professional and friendly. They were always happy to help and were great when dealing...

Mantra Samui Resort - Adults Only

Koh Samui

10/10 Excellent

Beautiful hotel with great service, but a couple of things to know. Built into the hillside which gives incredible views. But means a lot of steps and very steep slopes. Away from the resorts which is nice and peaceful. But does mean you need to get the shuttle if you want to go out. The shuttle is fine, runs hourly and takes ten minutes to get to the beach so very easy. There is also an excellent private limousine service run by the hotel which costs under £10 to get to most places...

Kimpton Kitalay Samui by IHG

Koh Samui

10/10 Excellent

Our family of three (husband, myself and 7 year old daughter), have just returned from an almost two week stay at Kimpton Kitalay. We had an incredible time at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and we loved the nightly treats whether it’s a face mask or toffees. There is always an attendant in your block of rooms if you need extra towels or a quick refresh. We made so much use of the balcony, such relaxing couches to read and wind down in peace. The breakfast buffets were excellent, the...

Chaweng Bay View Resort by Smith & Appy

Koh Samui

10/10 Excellent

I loved this hotel it was in beautiful surroundings The rooms were lovely unusual shame great amenities everything you could want to give you a lovely stay the tv had some English channels internet was good It was on a hill but they had buggies to take you wherever you wanted to go on the resort I felt like I was in the middle of the jungle with all the animal and bird noise My balcony was really big I had a bit of a fall while I was there the staff were very caring and helpful it is about a...

King's Garden Resort

Chaweng City Center

10/10 Excellent

Beautiful, we had a lovely short break here before we headed to the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. The beach was fabulous. We came from Koh Tao where the beaches there have a lot of coral so it was nice to be able to just lazy about in the sea. Loved the use of SUP boards and kayaks. The chalet was gorgeous. Lovely soft bed, nice and cool, lovely breakfast in the mornings. The staff were all lovely and friendly. I highly recommend it here

Michell

A nighttime pool area with a thatched-roof structure, lounge chairs, and umbrellas.

Baan Sukreep Resort

Koh Samui

10/10 Excellent

We had a fabulous stay at Baan Sukreep, with our 12 & 14 year olds. We loved it there, and were made to feel very welcome. We stayed in Sukreep 1 (2 bed villa) and it was spotlessly clean, with comfy beds and handy kitchen. Their restaurant Mekong is amazing!! We tried lots of the menu (the crispy barracuda was a particular favourite & also the Vietnamese curry) Definitely a highlight of our trip. It was our son’s birthday when we were there too, and the staff helped us celebrate by getting a...
