The room was clean and really big. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we had a good itinerary for our visit. The location is perfect right by Banff Ave close to restaurants, shopping and coffee shops.

Excellent location to downtown Banff

Room was beautiful, staff super helpful, breakfast all we needed, hot tub great if a little too hot. Laundry really useful. Location perfect. Free parking. Wish we'd stayed longer.

We had a lovely two-night stay at Canalta Lodge and received such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. A special shout-out to Adreana, who was absolutely lovely and made both check-in and check-out such a pleasant experience. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing, and we really enjoyed having our own balcony. The room was spacious ultra clean local amenities excellent and the are was beautiful with everything really close. Staff were very helpful and pleasant and very welcoming

I found the hotel to be of a good standard in a Fabulous location. Everything is walkable from the hotel and the underground parking is great. Hotel is currently being renovated which lead to the 4 instead of 5 stars for cleanliness as it's getting a lot of work. Pool hot tub steam rooms all great.i would definitely stay here again.

Hotel has an attractive 'lodge style' exterior. Well located on Banff Avenue for all the surrounding activities. Rooms are large & comfortable.

I just loved it here. Stayed here before and came back. Comfortable, peaceful, friendly, free regular courtesy bus into Banff… so wonderful. Price good, we love it!
