"Beautiful hotel! My only complaint was the pillows. They seemed cheap and very lumpy. They weren't even the right size for the king bed. Otherwise, loved the hotel."

"Stayed in the duplex suite. Kitchen came with everything needed to eat in, the wood burning fireplace was warming and added 'That charm' to the amazing mountain view out the balcony doors. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The pillows well I'm picky so I would suggest bringing your own if you have a favorite feel but didn't ruin a full nights sleep either. Free bus passes for use of the whole stay was a bonus (paid parking downtown avoided) and the stop is right beside the chalets. The hot tub, water slides and play area kept the kids busy for hours. Will stay here again. "

"Otter hotel is clean and new, and hot tub is definitely high light! Location is convenient. The hotel is very thoughtful, it provides bus tickets through Banff ave, and close to the shuttle bus stations to ski resort."
